I normally don’t like to jump in front of a streak, but the matchups in this game are very favorable for the Athletics. Angels’ pitcher Garret Richards has been atrocious against Oakland as of late with his last 3 starts showing 17 earned runs in just 12 1/3 innings. Two of those 3 outings were this season and two of the 3 starts came at Angel Stadium. At home Richards has struggled managing to post quality starts in only half of his games resulting in a bloated 5.33 ERA. The Athletics swept the Angels back in Oakland and won 2 of 3 in Anaheim earlier this season.
Take Oakland Athletics +105.
