The Cowboys are the most talented team in this match-up but can they be relied upon to give it their best effort until the final buzzer sounds? What stands out to us is their inability to close out games. Sure taking Kansas on a neutral court and both Iowa State and Baylor on their home courts to overtime is nothing to be ashamed of, but they weren’t able to get the win in any of the three games. Gonzaga had an up and down season, but did win when they had to winning their last 2 regular season games before going on a 3-game tournament run to take the West Coast title. Rebounding has cost the Zags some games this season, but they are unlikely to lose the battle on the boards versus the Cowboys. Take the Gonzaga Bulldogs +2.
