Against The Spread Pick:
The Raptors showed their inexperience in Game 1 looking foolish at times in a 94-87 loss, but that is starting to fade with each game. In Game 2 Toronto still looked wet behind the ears for large stretches, but played strong over the final 2 minutes to get the win. Game 3 in New York we saw the Raptors at their worst with every facet of their game below par, but they came back from a 15 point deficit with 5 minutes left to close to within 2 in the final minute before losing by 4 in the end. In Game 4 Toronto came out on fire and were by far the best team in the first and final quarters in a solid 8 point win. So recapping the games the Raptors have proven that at home their inexperience can show and they can still win. They have also proven that on the road they can play terrible and still have a shot to win in the final minute and that they can be a deserved winner against one of the better home teams in the league.
Take the Toronto Raptors -3.5.
