The Texas Rangers host the Baltimore Orioles in an American League match up.

In their last games: In their last games the Orioles beat the Houston Astros 9-4 and the Rangers beat the Washington Nationals 2-0.

Baltimore’s Manny Machado hit his first career grand slam and the Orioles offense had 12 hits and 9 runs n the win over the Astros.

This is the first meeting between these 2 AL teams this season.

Baseball dimeline betting is the only way to go if you want to profit betting MLB games. Why risk $135 to win $100 when you can risk $130? Why get paid $125 for a winner when a winning bet on the very same game can give you $130?

Here are some additional handicapping angles to ponder:

The Orioles are 4-0 in their last 4 games against the Rangers in Texas.

In the last 5 games between these 2 teams the total has gone Under 4 times.

The Orioles have won 2 straight and are 5-5 in their last 10 games and the Rangers are coming off a win and are 6-4 in their last 10 games.

The Orioles are 0-4 in Ubaldo Jimenez’s last 4 starts.

Moneyline Pick:

Orioles’ starter Unbaldo Jiminez got back on track with a nice 6 innings pitched allowing 3 hits and 1 run. Jiminez has had mixed results against the Rangers although he was sharp against them last season when he was with Cleveland with the Indians wining both of his starts (13 innings, 5 hits and 1 earned run). The current Texas lineup lists Adrian Beltre and Shin-Soo Choo as the only batters who have had success against him in the past. The Rangers hope that Joe Saunders can provide a stop gap until they get back some arms from the infirm, but that is asking a lot. Saunders was an atrocious 11-16 with a 5.26 ERA last season with pitcher-friendly Safeco as his home field and it may be time to call it a career. He did look OK in his latest pitching 5 innings of shutout ball against the Twins. Jiminez has lacked run support all season which is a worry but his road ERA of 2.72 and Saunders expected short performance have us backing the road team. Take Baltimore Orioles +100.
